**Position Overview**:
We are seeking enthusiastic and ambitious individuals to join our team as **B2B Sales Executives**. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and marketing initiatives for our products, contributing to the growth and success of our company. This position offers an excellent opportunity for **freshers** to kick-start their career in sales and marketing within the **software development industry.**

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries for our products.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
4. Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, highlighting their features and benefits.
5. Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals and achieve sales targets.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns to support sales efforts.
7. Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
8. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for business growth.
9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system.
10. Continuously strive to improve sales techniques and product knowledge through training and self-learning initiatives.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
7. Prior experience in sales or customer service roles (preferred but not required).
8. Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
