II. JOB PURPOSE

Responsible for solving queries in regard to services or products provided by company and collect desired information from clients and maintain healthy relationships.
III. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
- Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers using scripts.
- Obtaining customer information and other relevant data.
- Asking questions to the customer and understanding their specifications.
- Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
- Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.

Core Responsibilities
- Suggesting solutions based on customer’s needs and requirements.
- Complete daily call targets in a timely manner.
- Maintain customer data in CRM.
- Lead conversion.
- To write down important information provided by the customer and follow up with them on a regular basis.

**Job Requirement: -**
- Work in BPO / Call Center environment
- Rotational shifts & Weekly off
- Age Bracket - (18-35 Years)

IV. JOB REQUIREMENTS

**Minimum**
Graduation / 12th pass

**Qualifications**

**Experience** 2-5 Years

**Technical Skills** Computer Knowledge & Operating skills
- Typing Speed should be good min 25 WPM

**Behavioral Skills ** Communication skills.
- Patience

**Language Skills** English
- Hindi
- Marathi
- Other Languages (Tamil, Punjabi, Kannada, etc.)

**Location**

**Salary**: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
