**Job Description**:
As a Sales Support Executive in the telemarketing department, your primary responsibility is to assist the sales team in achieving their targets by making outbound calls to potential customers. You will provide support and information to customers, answer their queries, and ensure a smooth sales process. Your role is vital in generating leads and maintaining customer satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential / existing customers from provided contact lists or leads.
- Introduce Delhi Press magazines to potential customers.
- Engage customers in conversations to understand their needs and qualify their interest in DP magazines.
- Provide detailed information about DP magazines, including Ad pricing, branded content and promotions.
- Answer customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives.
- Maintain accurate and updated customer records, including contact details, interactions, and feedback.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities, set appointments, and schedule follow-up calls.
- Keep track of sales targets and contribute to achieving team goals.
- Prepare reports on call outcomes, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitive offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales support, or a similar customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Good knowledge of sales techniques and strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM software and telemarketing systems.
- Goal-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.
