**Job Description: Personal Assistant**

**Overview**:
As a Personal Assistant at Globalpluz, you will play a crucial role in supporting the efficient functioning of our Thrissur office. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of administrative tasks, including coordinating with the CEO, managing office operations, and tracking sales and marketing activities. We are seeking a proactive and organized individual who excels in English communication and is willing to travel occasionally.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist the CEO in day-to-day tasks, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation.
- Coordinate for overseas business development.
- **Sales and Marketing Coordination**:

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to track progress, monitor targets, and report key metrics.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials.
- Ensure timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
- **Communication and Correspondence**:

- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and messages on behalf of the CEO.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions.
- **Event Coordination**:

- Assist in organizing company events, workshops, and conferences.
- Coordinate logistics, invitations, and attendee lists.
- **Office Management**:

- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and facilities.
- Liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Maintain a neat and organized office environment.
- **Travel**:

- Occasionally travel to attend meetings, conferences, or company events as required.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of **2 years** of experience as an executive assistant, personal assistant, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with office management and administrative procedures.
- **Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in **English**.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Adaptability and ability to multitask.
- Professionalism and discretion.
