**Responsibilities**
- **Strategic Planning**_
- Conduct a market analysis: research the demand for gymnastics and determine the potential market for the expansion.
- **Operations Management**_
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the center, ensuring the facility is well
- maintained and meets safety standards.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and quality of services.
- **Customer Service**_
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all center patrons, including parents, athletes, and visitors.
- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally to maintain high levels of satisfactions.
- **Marketing and Promotions**_
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
- **Event Planning**_
- Assist in planning and organizing gymnastics events, competitions, and showcases to showcase the talents of athletes and promote the center.
- Coordinate logistics for events, such as scheduling, venue arrangements, and participant registration.
- **Financial Management**_
- Support financial aspects of the center, including budgeting, tracking expenses, and revenue generation.
- Assist in analyzing financial reports and making recommendations for cost-saving measures and revenue growth opportunities.
**Salary**: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
