Asset Operations is part of the wider Product & Partner Operations team. Asset Operations is responsible for the design, management and optimization of operational workflows with the overarching goal of fulfilling assets or tasks and connecting the dots between internal teams and external vendors. We work to build and manage scalable workflows and are at the intersectionality of utilizing vendors, FTEs and tooling to deliver against specific workflow needs.

The Role
- The Coordinator (Asset Operations) will be responsible for the task coordination of current work streams which support several internal Netflix teams. The Coordinator will work alongside the Project Manager(s) and Asset Operations vendors to ensure asset fulfillment needs are met across various workstreams.

This role is primarily tactical and does not have any direct reports.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage project tactics and operations of ongoing artwork fulfillment needs
- Effectively track multiple timelines and proactively communicate feasibility, potential delays and risks to cross-functional stakeholders
- Regularly update dashboards/task management queues to ensure that artwork fulfillment is flowing seamlessly and on-time
- Quickly resolve escalated issues originating from various vendors throughout the asset fulfillment process (QC, artwork production/delivery, vendor task management)
- Become well versed in the Netflix tooling ecosystem in order to set up, ingest, track, approve/reject, and troubleshoot assets along the delivery pipeline
- Create, maintain and contribute to workflow documentation (e.g. specs, training documentation, tooling guides) for broader use
- Communicate clearly with task execution and fulfillment vendor(s) to ensure cross-functional context is being shared and obstacles are removed
- Action on ad-hoc, complex or high-context tasks in a timely manner
- Develop operational and technical expertise as it relates to artwork fulfillment workflows

**Required Experience/Skills**:

- 3+ years in asset and/or project coordination
- Strong attention to detail and ability to quickly adapt to in-flight project changes and XFN stakeholder requests
- Experience in working with creative agencies and managed-service vendors
- Adept in managing concurrent tasks with expedited timelines
- Ability to grasp technical workflows quickly
- Experience in working on a global teams with diverse backgrounds and perspectives
- Clear, concise and flexible communicator
