The Jacobs Returnship program has been designed for talented professionals looking to **REFRESH SKILLS, REBUILD CONFIDENCE** and **REIGNITE CAREERS** after an extended career break and absence from the workforce. This is paid, 16-week initiative with intent to transition our returners to permanent placement. As diverse as our business is, as are the opportunities we have available. Our cohort of Returnship participants will join multidisciplinary teams across a variety of divisions.

**Your Impact**:

- Use of GIS extension software such a Spatial Analyst, 3D Analyst, Network Analyst, Model Builder and ArcGIS Tools
- Perform spatial data exchange tasks like data conversion from engineering design data of Autodesk and Bentley formats to GIS formats and vice versa
- Explore and analyse design data in native platforms of AutoCAD, Civil 3D and Revit for extracting data and information needed for developing project GIS databases

**As a participant, you will**:

- Experience 16 weeks of on the job learning and exploration with a diverse community of professionals from a wide range of backgrounds
- Access the vast network of resources at Jacobs through continual leadership development, support and mentorship from our dedicated Returnship program team
- Be confident that you will receive ongoing support and mentorship and support as you navigate the transition with us to permanent employment
- Be a part of our Returnship cohort community participating in regular focus group feedback session and social events to facilitate a seamless transition as you return to the workforce

**Here’s What You’ll Need**:

- You will have a degree (or higher), with a numeric focus preferably in Civil Engineering / Remote Sensing / GIS
- You have had a career break of at least 1 year
- You are interested in returning to work on a permanent basis (both part time and full-time options available)
- You have at least five years of relevant post graduate professional experience
- You are driven and thrive in a collaborative team
- You are available to start the Returnship program in April 2023
