We are Hiring Export Sales Coordinator for a FMCG Company based at Ahmedabad.
Position: Export Sales Coordinator
**Experience: 2+ Years in FMCG Sales Coordination only.**
Location: Ahmedabad
You will be responsible for overseeing and expanding our export sales operations, driving revenue growth, and maximising opportunities in international markets. Leveraging your experience and expertise in export sales management, you will develop and execute strategic sales plans, build and maintain relationships with key clients, and ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
- Identify and prioritise target markets and potential clients based on market research, industry trends, and competitive analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, distributors, agents, and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to drive revenue growth and market penetration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities, and use insights to inform sales strategies and product development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of export sales initiatives and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients and partners to maximize profitability and minimize risks.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management review, providing insights and recommendations for business decision-making.
- Stay updated on international trade regulations, compliance requirements, and industry standards to ensure adherence and mitigate risks.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in related field.
- Proven experience in export sales management or international business development, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of international markets, export regulations, and trade practices.
- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, distributors, and partners at all levels.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders and multicultural teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality service and achieving business objectives.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
