As a Social Media Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies to promote our brand, engage with our target audience, and drive business growth. You will work closely with our marketing team to create compelling content, manage social media accounts, analyse campaign performance, and optimize our social media presence.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

2. Create and curate high-quality content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

3. Manage and monitor social media accounts, including posting updates, responding to comments and messages, and engaging with the audience.

4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in social media marketing.

5. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing objectives and campaigns.

6. Identify and leverage social media influencers and partnerships to amplify brand reach and engagement.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media platform updates, and emerging technologies in social media marketing.

8. Provide recommendations and implement strategies to optimize social media performance and drive continuous improvement.

9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and sales, to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all channels.

**Qualifications**:
1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. Proven work experience as a Social Media Marketing Specialist or similar role.

3. Work experience in real estate industry.

4. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, trends, and best practices.

5. Experience with social media management tools, analytics platforms, and scheduling tools.

6. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create compelling content for different target audiences.

7. Excellent copy-writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

8. Knowledge of graphic design tools and basic photo/video editing skills is a plus.

Familiarity with SEO principles and practices is beneficial.

A portfolio or examples of previous social media marketing campaigns and results is highly desirable

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
