86 Media is seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and implementing winning social media strategies for our diverse clientele.

What You'll Do:

  • Stay on top of the latest social media trends across different industries.
  • Develop and present data-driven social media strategies for our clients, aligned with their overall marketing goals.
  • Plan and create engaging social media content calendars, including post ideas, hashtags, and target audiences.
  • Collaborate with the design and copywriting teams to ensure content execution meets brand voice and visual identity.
  • Manage and schedule social media posts across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, ).
  • Analyze social media performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Actively engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and address any customer concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Identify and build relationships with relevant social media influencers to expand brand reach.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest social media tools and technologies.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to enhance our social media offerings.

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in social media marketing.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media best practices and algorithms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Data-driven approach with a keen eye for analytics and reporting.
  • Passion for social media and a desire to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Bonus points for:

  • Experience with social media advertising platforms (e.g., Facebook Ads Manager).
  • Knowledge of social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience working with a variety of clients across different industries.
  • A creative mind with a knack for storytelling through social media.
