Saas Support Executive

**Job Description: (US Shift, 2 Years Experience)**
We are seeking a skilled SaaS Support Executive to join our team and provide top-notch technical support for our SaaS products. This role is specifically for the US process, requiring availability during US timings.
**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with configurations, installations, upgrades, and train customers.
- Collaborate internally to resolve complex issues and document interactions.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Requirements & skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Atleast 2 years of SaaS support experience.
- Strong understanding of SaaS and cloud technologies.
- American accent and excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer support.

Pay: ₹350,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year

- Monday to Friday
