Required Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience (5-15 years) as a Salesforce Architect, with a consistent track record of successful Salesforce implementations and integrations.
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified System Architect credentials are highly desirable.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Communities.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools and technologies.
- Solid grasp of Salesforce data model, security model, and sharing rules.
- Experience in integrating Salesforce with third-party systems, middleware, and APIs.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to effectively guide and mentor development teams.
- Superb communication and presentation skills, capable of conveying technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex business requirements and propose effective technical solutions within Salesforce.
- Demonstrated ability to balance multiple projects and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
