Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Leadership: Define the overall Salesforce architecture strategy, ensuring

Salesforce architecture and guide technical solutions.
- Solution Design: Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and development

teams to design effective and innovative solutions using Salesforce products and capabilities.

Translate business requirements into technical designs and ensure alignment with industry best

practices.
- Technical Expertise: Stay abreast with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry

could enhance our Salesforce ecosystem.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including developers,

administrators, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration of

Salesforce solutions within the broader technology landscape.
- Governance and Standards: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best

practices for Salesforce development and implementation. Ensure compliance with security and

data privacy regulations.
- Mentorship and Coaching: Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce administrators and

developers. Provide technical guidance, conduct code reviews, and foster a culture of continuous

learning and improvement.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with business stakeholders, executives, and senior

leadership to communicate the technical aspects of Salesforce projects, building strong

relationships and ensuring a clear understanding of architectural decisions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's

degree is a plus.
- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), Application Architect, System

Architect, or similar.
- Proven experience (10+ years) working as a Salesforce Architect, demonstrating the progression

of responsibility and complexity.
- Extensive knowledge of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing

Cloud.
- Strong experience with integration patterns, RESTful APIs, and data migration strategies.
- Proficiency in defining and implementing security controls within the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to lead technical discussions to drive consensus.
- Exceptional communication skills to present complex technical concepts to both technical and

non-technical audiences.
- Leadership and mentoring experience, with the ability to guide and inspire technical teams.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Strong understanding of industry best practices related to architecture, design, and development.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹18,000,000.00 per year
