**Key responsibilities**:
Booking flights, hotels, cars for International & Domestic workServe as a point of contact for travel-related issues and concerns for all employees & artists.-
- Research, negotiate, and secure rates with airlines, car rental companies, and hotels.-
- Review and ensure all contracts for appearances include necessary specifications-
- Act as a forex trader for international trips.-
- Act to ensure safe and efficient travel operations, in accordance with organizational policies and guidelines-
- Receive and respond to incoming travel requests.-
- Maintaining database of all employees/artists passports, visa, travel history.-
- Maintaining expenses, invoice tracking for each and every booking and processing the payments for the same.**Skills and experience**:
1-2 years of experience in the travel industry and some experience in MICE-
- Need someone who can work independently and as part of a team.-
- Should be able to negotiate and save costs.-
- Intimate knowledge of locations where we travel.-
- Understanding of travel policies and regulations.-
- Must have strong oral and written communication skills.-
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.**Our values**:
