**Role Overview**:
As a Research Intern, you will be an integral part of our expansion team, responsible for conducting thorough research on international markets and domestic cities to identify potential opportunities for our business. You will gather and analyze data, generate insights, and provide recommendations to support strategic decision-making. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in market research and business development within the healthcare industry.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct research on international markets to assess opportunities for expansion, including market size, growth trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Analyze demographic data, economic indicators, and healthcare infrastructure to identify target regions for market entry.
- Evaluate potential risks and challenges associated with international expansion and develop mitigation strategies.
- Research domestic cities to identify suitable locations for branch offices, considering factors such as population demographics, healthcare demand, and business environment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and align expansion strategies with company objectives.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations for senior management.
- Assist in the development of business plans and market entry strategies for international expansion and domestic branch openings.

**Requirements**:

- Require Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to gather, interpret, and synthesize complex data from various sources.
- Excellent research abilities, including proficiency in online research tools and databases.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Interest in the healthcare industry and willingness to learn about hospital setup and consulting services.
- Prior experience in market research or business analysis is a plus, but not required.
