Presales Executive

Pre-Sales Telecom Executive is responsible for providing technical support to sales representatives and customers. The role involves working closely with sales and customer service teams to assist with product and service inquiries, as well as providing technical advice and guidance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage customer inquiries and provide technical support to customers before and during the sales process.
- Understand customer requirements and provide technical information to customers.
- Demonstrate products and explain product features to customers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
- Provide technical assistance and guidance to customers.
- Work with the sales team to help generate leads.
- Provide customer feedback and help to develop customer relationships.
- Maintain customer records and follow up with customers.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest products and technologies.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
