Customer Support Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products/services.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through exceptional service.
- Document and track customer interactions and issues using our internal systems.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with customers in both Telugu and English.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures.
**Requirements**:
- Proficiency in Telugu and English (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work committedly for 10 hours a day.
- Flexibility to work without holidays.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
