**ELD Executive**
We are hiring **ELD Executive **at **Club Malwa Pvt Ltd for Mohali** Location.
Club Malwa Pvt Ltd is an offshore development centre of American based Xpert Logs Inc. Club Malwa designs, implements and supports all of the systems deployed by Xpert Logs Inc in the American trucking industry which is the largest in the world.
This is an_ **In-Office Job.**_
- **Job Types**_: Full-time, Regular
- **Responsibilities and Duties**:_
- Assist customers with product related issues.
- Answer Phone to respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot for any technical issues
- Assist customers with installation / uninstall of our product & software.
- Assist customers with product configuration, error messages or common issues
- Project a professional company image through phone interaction
- Provide customers with product and service information
- Transfer the customer appropriate department if required
- Escalate the customer's concern to the next level if required
- **Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**:_
- Looking for both UG/Graduate.(in any discipline).
- **Salary**:_ 10000 to 13000/

**IMPORTANT pointer which require your confirmation**:
- **Comfortable for rotational shifts**: The nature of this position requires flexibility in working hours. You should be comfortable working in rotational shifts (Morning, afternoon and night shifts) as per the schedule provided by the company. Currently it's **9 hours working per day**, this can be changed in future for that you have to be flexible.
- **Week off discussion and no changes in week off**: We understand the importance of work-life balance. Currently it's **6 days** working, the **week off can be any day **in the week which will be informed to you in your roaster or by Manager (from Mon to Sun, any day week off can be allotted) and no week off exchange will be granted.
- **1-month paid training**: As mentioned earlier, the first month of your employment will be a **paid training period** (Salary will be shared). This is an opportunity for you to learn and develop the necessary skills for the role. Upon successful completion of the training,your performance will be evaluated ,if your performance will not be satisfactory when we have to end your employment with us.
- **Leave structure**: As a new employee, you will undergo a one-month paid training program. **During this training period, you will not be eligible to take any leave, **except for your week off. However, after the completion of one month, you will be entitled to **one paid leave,** which can be availed as per the company's leave policy. In case of any Holiday, you are allowed to come and the company will provide double salary as a form of dedication to your work.
- **Flexibility in work and team support**:We value flexibility and teamwork. It is essential that you possess a flexible approach to work and are willing to support your team members in times of need. Adaptability and collaboration are key traits we look for in our employees.
- **Salary**: 10000 - 13000( Appraisal, Bonus etc all are **based upon your performance,** and not other commitments, PF/ESIC will be applicable on your salary)
- **Benefits**: PF, ESIC and complimentary meals (meals are applicable after 1month of paid training period)
