Job Title: PR and Marketing Executive for Hospital

Job Overview:
As a PR and Marketing Executive for a hospital, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations and marketing initiatives to promote the hospital's brand, services, and reputation. Your primary objective will be to effectively communicate with the target audience, patients, and the community at large, ensuring a positive image and enhanced visibility for the hospital. You will work closely with the marketing team, hospital administration, and external agencies to create compelling campaigns and drive patient engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Public Relations:

- Develop and execute PR strategies to enhance the hospital's reputation and brand awareness.
- Cultivate relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive media coverage and handle press inquiries effectively.
- Prepare and distribute press releases, media kits, and other relevant materials to announce hospital news, events, and achievements.
- Monitor media coverage and provide reports on media trends, sentiment, and brand perception.

2. Marketing Campaigns:

- Plan, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns to promote hospital services, specialties, and events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content for various channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and print materials.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights.

3. Digital Marketing:

- Oversee the hospital's digital presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online advertising.
- Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) strategies to improve online visibility and organic search rankings.
- Manage online reputation and respond to patient reviews and feedback appropriately.

4. Event Management:

- Organize and coordinate hospital events, workshops, health fairs, and seminars to promote services and foster community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure successful event planning and execution.

5. Brand Management:

- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all communication channels.
- Implement brand guidelines to maintain a cohesive brand image for the hospital.

6. Community Engagement:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with community organizations, local businesses, and key stakeholders to drive community involvement and support.

7. Market Research and Analysis:

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Use data and insights to inform decision-making and optimize marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Proven experience in PR, marketing, or communications roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and web analytics.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Creativity and an ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance considerations is a plus.
- A passion for healthcare and a dedication to promoting the hospital's mission and values.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
