PR Executive

Summary –

· Skills Required – Must have worked on Educational and Pharma sector

Looking candidates only from an agency background.

· Location – Pune

· Experience range – 2 to 3 Years

· Shift timings (If applicable) – Regular shift

Job Responsibilities –

· Plan and execute digital PR campaigns

· Find and target online avenues and audiences to drive PR

· Build on existing and develop new relationships with influencers, bloggers and media

· Develop a public relations plan for clients of various sectors

· Develop media relations strategy, seeking high-level & positive placements in print, broadcast and online media

· Strong ability to develop story narratives and pitch the same to the media

· Leverage existing media relationships and cultivate new contacts within business and industry media

· Manage media inquiries and interview requests

· Create content for press releases, byline articles and keynote presentations and appropriate distribution /dissemination of the same

· Evaluate opportunities for awards, partnerships, sponsorship, speakership on an on-going basis

· Maintain a keen understanding of industry trends affecting brand and make appropriate

recommendations regarding communication strategy surrounding them

· Anticipate crisis situations and mitigate the same

· Monitor, analyze and communicate PR results on a monthly basis

Requirements –

· Proven experience as a Public Relations executive or similar PR role

· Experience managing media relations (online, broadcast and print)

· Background in researching, writing and editing publications

· Strong communication ability (oral and written) and Excellent organizational skills

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Creativity and problem-solving aptitude

· Strong relationship with Media Constituents

· Ability to multitask and working on strict timelines
