**JOB RESPOSIBILITIES**
- Responsible for monitoring day to day operations efficient processes and upgrade them for smooth functioning. - Responsible for ensuring proper Housekeeping & tidiness of office premises.
- Managing the housekeeping, security and office assistant team and track their activities.
- Management of the front desk operations.
- Attending incoming and outgoing calls and connecting them with relevant people
- Responsible for maintaining employee attendance.
- Management of various vendors and records management
- Management of stationary, utilities and maintenance of infrastructure.
- Coordination with Account Department for Account opening procedure for new joinees.
- Arranging employee engagement activities events & decoration for festivals.
- Responsible for bookings related to Hotel, Service Apartments, Airplane, Train etc
- Coordinate meetings, prepare MOM and other confidential materials, arrange travel and manage expenses.

**Job Types**: Regular / Permanent, Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: ₹450,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
