**Job description**
**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain the executives schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare executive reports, presentations, and documents for internal and external meetings.
- Support the daily operations of the office, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient communication between departments.
- Assist with organizing office events, conferences, and meetings, ensuring all logístical details are covered.
- Plan and coordinate company events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Preparing presentations for meetings
- Coordinating with other departments for meetings and data collection
- Accompanying the CEO to meetings and discussions
- Assisting in preparing reports and documents
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- Any Graduation
- Languages - English Malayalam Hindi
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
