This team will ensure quality of service, quality of deliverables/product, through the process of continuous measuring the quality of all activities and taking corrective action until the desired quality is achieved. Furthermore, this team will play key role to establish standards, and determine the steps to achieving and confirming to those standards via period functional and process audits. The goal is to lower the risk of product failure and aim at higher customer satisfaction.

- Functioning knowledge of Microsoft systems including Word, Excel, power point
- Fluent English language skills (spoken and written)

- Ability to trouble-shoot and make visual quick decisions based on training
- Experience in quality assurance
- Aptitude to quickly learn new systems and software
- Certificate in quality assurance is a plus.
- Previous experience in quality assurance roles

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Develop quality assurance standards and company processes
- Inspect products and deliverables meet customer expectations and demand
- Creating training materials and operating manuals.
- Coordinating with other departments within the organization to ensure defined quality assurance policies and procedures are adhered to
- Processing quality audits and quality assurance reviews
- Documenting quality assurance activities and creating audit reports
- Identifying and recommending improvements in processes, procedures, and technologies used by an organization
