As a Project Coordinator you will be an integral part of our project management team, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed efficiently and on schedule. You will assist in planning, organizing, and tracking project activities to achieve project goals. This role is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented and have a passion for project management.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning Support**: Assist Technical Head in defining project objectives, scope, and deliverables. Contribute to the development and maintenance of project plans and timelines.

**Team Collaboration**: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to allocate resources, assign tasks, and ensure the timely completion of project milestones.

**Documentation**: Maintain project documentation, including project schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes. Ensure that project files are well-organized and easily accessible.

**Communication**: Facilitate communication among project team members and stakeholders. Provide regular updates on project progress and flag any potential issues to the Project Manager.

**Risk Management**: Identify project risks and assist in the development of risk mitigation strategies. Track and report on the status of risk mitigation activities.

**Quality Assurance**: Monitor project activities to ensure compliance with quality standards. Assist in conducting quality control checks and addressing any non-conformities.

**Resource Management**: Assist in resource allocation and management to ensure that project tasks are adequately staffed and resourced.

**Budget Tracking**: Help in monitoring project expenses and tracking against the budget. Report any budget variances and assist with cost containment efforts.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, or a related discipline).

1-2 years of experience in project coordination, preferably in [related industry].

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in project management tools and software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Excel, Trello, or Asana).

Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum).

**Salary**: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
