Customer Care Executive Job Description:
Position: Customer Care Executive

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, complaints, and resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or recommendations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed customer records in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer queries.
- Upsell or cross-sell products or services to customers when applicable.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction and maintain long-term relationships.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
- Continuously strive to meet or exceed customer service goals and performance targets.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a customer service or customer care role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service tools.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends, if required.

**Salary**: ₹9,614.62 - ₹25,521.87 per month
