Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.

**Subfamily Description**

Architecture (ART) covers the development of end-to-end solution architecture designed to meet specific needs and works as a part of a customer team. Contains the definition of an architecture which comprises an integration design and specification of products and / or services which makeup the solution.

**Vulnerability Management services**
- Customer Discussion and support
- Vulnerability report review
- Identification of fix / controls to fix reported vulnerabilities
- Creation of Mitigation Plan
- VA Exception / SOD Management
- Own VA mitigation plansAlignment of release deployment

**Security Control Compliance Management services**
- Support in BISP / MBSS document creation
- Review BISP / MBSS Compliance artifacts document
- MBSS Exception / SOD ManagementAlignment of release deployment

**Security Applications Delivery services**
- SMC Use case and lifecycle management servicesNIAM issue support

**Pre-Sales Support services**
- RFP Participation
- Security scoping and efforts estimation support
- Customer product security expectation review supportRisk identification

**Security services towards MS Operations**
- Support for Qtr. Scan of live nodes
- Support in reported implementation issues (MBSS scans / other observations)
- Security Audit support
- Support for PT observations in live nodes

- Threat modelling Support
- SIEM use case development support
