**Job Summary/Purpose**
To implement Rewards plans, processes and policies for a dedicated client group (single business area, e.g. ComOps, TechOps) in support of the overall Rewards effort to provide competitive and cost-effective Rewards practices for a dedicated client group.

**Your Key Responsibilities**
include, but not limited to:

- Ensure the operational conversion of the Rewards strategic goals. Coordinate and support the administration of compensation or benefits programs on a recurring basis for assigned client group or country/BU
- Benchmark labor market trends; propose salary structure and adjustments to the business based on survey data.
- Analyze jobs and specifications on an ad hoc or recurring basis and support the job evaluation process for assigned client groups.
- Provide recommendations on internal and external benchmarking and reward policies; typically for assigned client groups within country or global BU.
- Participate in, or lead Rewards projects at country or BU level. -Implementation of the Sandoz job evaluation and benchmarking methodology.
- Develop the total rewards communication material and educate the organization on the global rewards programs and processes (e.g. job evaluation, benchmarking, the annual year-end compensation cycle, job offers,...).
- Provide operational support to job evaluation, benchmarking, the annual year-end compensation process and global rewards policies and processes. -Cooperate with Business Partnering team to provide high level of support to P&O and business
- Perform the regular benchmarking exercises, analyses the outcomes, draw the salary ranges and include the data in the Sandoz rewards and P&O systems.
- Management of the annual year-end compensation cycle, including budget management, and communications to the P&O Organization, Business Units and associates.

**Minimum requirements**

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Bachelor/ first university degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Excellent English: spoken and written Experience:

- Experience in Rewards or other P&O discipline
- Solid understanding of and practical experience in applied compensation principles, including technical expertise in one or more of the following domains: job evaluation, benchmarking, market analysis, compensation program design, compensation planning and forecasting and Rewards design techniques
- Solid experience in global operations, including: Operational excellence, Governance and compliance, Operational transformation, Use of data to drive decision making
- Experience with change management initiatives
- Ability to perform complex analyses and work with Rewards and P&O systems
