**Role Location**: Bengaluru

**Role Type**: Permanent, Fulltime

The Associate, Product Change & Oversight role to cover Australia and International products: Key areas of responsibility include delivering product development and change initiatives (i.e. New/Major/Minor Product Submissions), BAU change management, data collation and analysis, product oversight, reporting and quality checking.

What will you bring?

**Role specific skills and experience are as follows**:
Product Change & Oversight (2 roles to cover Australia and International products):
Experience in operational risk / assurance and experience with TB Products - Payments & Cash Management and Trade.
Understanding of the Payments & Cash Management and Trade Product Management Policy, and/or knowledge of product related regulations and obligations.
Roles require close to Australia / Asia working hours, or as close to this as realistically possible. For example, 6:30am Bengaluru start time so we have ~5 hour window of cross over each day for the Australia role.

Technical/Business Skills

**Analytical & Problem Solving Skills**: Strong analytical, numerical, and problem solving skills to develop appropriate solutions. Understand stakeholder needs and effectively translate these into technical requirements.
**Stakeholder Management**: Connect well with stakeholders and partners and forge strong relationships
**Exposure to Global Working**: Experience working in globally distributed teams.
**Technical Skills**: Proficient in using the Microsoft Office Suite - Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.
**BFSI Experience**: Experience in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
