Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Provide personalized assistance and guidance throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and objections promptly and professionally.
- Conduct property viewings for potential buyers, showcasing the features, amenities, and benefits of the residential apartments.
- Provide detailed information about the property, including floor plans, pricing, and payment options.
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sale, including price, payment schedules, and contractual agreements, to secure sales contracts.
- Overcome objections and address any concerns raised by buyers to facilitate the closing of sales.
- Follow up with prospective buyers to ensure a smooth transition from inquiry to purchase.
- Gather feedback from customers regarding their experiences and preferences, providing insights for product improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Team player, friendly to other staff, and always open to any sort of learning provided on site.
- Experience of 6 months to 1 year is preferred and Freshers can also apply.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Shift:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- Real estate sales: 1 year (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka (required)
