Insurance Sales Officer

Responsible for profitable business delivery and growth for the assigned geography with the designated sales force, ensuring the quality recruitment of part time employees and responsible to develop & train them to deliver the result to meet the organisation expectation.

**3.** **PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**

1. To build a robust and profitable distribution network PTE/IC/ Distributers.
2. To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target
3. To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of the PTE/IC/ Distributers in the team.
4. To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation / reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms
5. To take initiative for team’s development through productivity improvement drives and /or training programs to enable them to achieve / exceed their assigned business targets.
6. To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.
7. Training & Development - Ensure the Product training to the part time employees and resolving the queries as when they need it.
8. Helping with call demonstration to HNI clients with part time employees,
9. Tracking the performance of part time sales force on regular basis.
10. Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market.
11. Being at new Channel the job is also responsible for the productivity and need to improved market share in the Region

- Getting all pending documents from the part time sales force to issue policy within timelines.
- Setting up the distribution with specific focus on desired product

**Educational Qualifications**

- Must have: Minimum Graduate, MBA (Marketing) preferred
- b)_ _Work Experience_
- Overall 5-7 years of experience.
- Life Insurance background in Agency/ Direct channel with exposure into Pension products.
- 5-7 yrs of experience with minimum 3 yrs. in a team handling role.
Pay: ₹15,699.46 - ₹30,000.00 per month
