Operations Executive

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
A. Customer Interaction:
- Provide detailed information about our products, services, and policies.
- Assist customers with product selection, usage, and troubleshooting.
B. Issue Resolution:
- Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner.
C. Product Knowledge:
- Maintain a deep understanding of our dental products and services to offer accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Keep up-to-date with product changes, new releases, and industry trends.
D. Documentation and Reporting:
- Document customer interactions and issues accurately in the CRM system.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on customer support activities and issues.
E. Process Improvement:
- Gather customer feedback and share insights with the product development and quality assurance teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Suggest and implement improvements in the customer support process to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.
F. Training and Development:
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.
- Mentor and train new team members as required.
**Qualifications**:
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Dental Sciences (BDS)
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in customer support,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using MS Office amp; other data software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach with a strong sense of responsibility and a positive attitude.
