**3. Invoice Handling**:
**o Process and manage invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.**
**o Verify invoices against contracts and service agreements, resolving discrepancies**
**when necessary.**
**o Assist with budgeting and tracking of departmental expenditures.**
**4. Travel Bookings**:
**o Arrange travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transportation for**
**employees.**
**o Provide travel support and ensure compliance with company travel policies.**
**o Keep abreast of travel regulations and best practices to optimize travel**
**arrangements.**
**5. Asset Purchasing**:
**o Assist in the procurement of office supplies, equipment, and other assets as needed.**
**o Monitor inventory levels and facilitate the timely purchase of necessary assets.**
**o Ensure that all asset purchases comply with company policies and budgetary**
**constraints.**
**6. Cost Monitoring**:
**o Track and report on departmental spending, identifying opportunities for cost**
**savings.**
**o Prepare regular reports and analyses regarding expenditures and budgets.**
**o Collaborate with management to develop strategies for financial optimization.**
**7. Facility and Maintenance Services**:
**o Oversee facility maintenance services, ensuring a safe and functional workspace.**
**o Coordinate repairs and upkeep of office facilities, liaising with service providers.**
**o Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the office environment.**
**8. Administrative Support**:
**o Maintain organized records and documentation for all administrative activities.**
**o Handle general office tasks, such as correspondence management and appointment**
**scheduling.**
**o Utilize Microsoft Excel for data tracking, reporting, and analysis.**
Pay: ₹290,000.00 - ₹310,000.00 per year
