As a **Kindergarten Assistant**, your role is pivotal in working closely with the lead teacher to establish a nurturing and stimulating atmosphere that supports the holistic development of preschool children.

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities in collaboration with the lead teacher, ensuring alignment with the curriculum.
- Cultivate a safe and positive learning environment, fostering social, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Support both individual and group activities, encompassing playtime, storytelling, and creative arts, to enhance the overall learning experience.
- Provide personalized attention to students, addressing their needs and promoting a sense of security and belonging.
- **Collaborate with the lead teacher in assessing and recording children's progress**, maintaining accurate records for parent communication.
- Assist with daily routines, including snack time, restroom breaks, and transitions between activities.
- Foster positive communication with parents, ensuring they are well-informed about their child's daily activities and milestones.
- Actively participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum high school diploma; **early childhood education **coursework or certification is advantageous.
- Previous experience working with preschool or kindergarten-aged children.
- Passion for early childhood education and a nurturing demeanor.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with lead teachers and work seamlessly as part of a team.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
