**Who we are and what we're looking for**:
Okulo Aerospace is an early-stage startup based out of Bengaluru, Karnataka. Combining renewable energy and precision engineering, we are currently developing solar-electric hybrid aerial platforms that will revolutionise aerial data acquisition. We envision a world where drones can fly continuously without having to land at all and we are currently in the first step towards that realising that vision. Founded by alumni from Purdue University (USA) and NIT-Trichy (India) with extensive research background and with a vision to nurture great teams and develop solutions for hard problems, we are looking at joining hands with the next generation of talented individuals looking to embark on this exciting journey. We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Talent Recruiter Intern to join our growing team. As a Talent Recruiter Intern at Okulo Aerospace, you will play a critical role in sourcing and attracting top talent to help us achieve our mission. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition within a fast-paced and innovative environment.

**Requirements**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in administrative tasks related to recruitment.
- Collaborate with the recruitment team and contribute to strategies.
- Conduct market research on talent sources.

**What do you need**:

- Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Strong communication skills.
- Enthusiasm for talent acquisition.
- Organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Zoho Recruit and any other necessary tools for recruitment process.
