Position Title: Executive - Returnable Sales (Industrial)

Reports to: [Sales Manager/Sales Director]

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives for returnable packaging products within the industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and product demonstrations to prospects and clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and customer requirements.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale with clients to maximize profitability and minimize risk.
- Coordinate with logistics and distribution teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and prepare regular sales reports for management review.
- Stay updated on industry developments, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to management on market conditions, customer needs, and product enhancements.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and business transactions using CRM software.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the industrial sector or packaging industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
