Job Title: Marketing Executive (Industrial Field)
Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns targeting industrial customers, including manufacturers, distributors, and service providers, to generate leads and increase brand awareness.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, competitive landscape, customer needs, and opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.
- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, case studies, and whitepapers, to showcase our products and solutions and effectively communicate value propositions to target audiences.
- Coordinate participation in industry trade shows, conferences, and events, including booth design, logistics, and promotional activities, to maximize exposure and lead generation opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop marketing materials and tools to support lead generation, sales presentations, and customer engagement activities.
- Develop relationships with key industry influencers, associations, and media outlets to enhance brand visibility and credibility within the industrial sector.
- Track and analyze marketing performance metrics, including website traffic, lead generation, conversion rates, and ROI, and provide regular reports and insights to management.
- Monitor and manage marketing budgets, expenditures, and ROI to ensure efficient allocation of resources and achievement of business objectives.
- Stay informed about industry regulations, standards, and best practices related to marketing and advertising, ensuring compliance in all marketing activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing roles within the industrial sector, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of industrial marketing strategies, tactics, and channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, and trade show marketing.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and presentations.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative marketing solutions and campaigns.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment and interact with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, draw insights, and make data-driven decisions to optimize marketing performance.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities, market conditions, and business requirements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
