**Relationship Officer - WNRRO23052023**
- Build and maintain relationships with key technical managers and decision-makers in the government, different ministries and among local authorities. Acting as a key focal point.
- Compile and synthesise relevant policy changes, circulars, by-laws, instructions, andgovernmental strategies and support team in adapting the same.
- Assist field programs in building and maintaining good relationships with local governmental bodies and other influential partners.
- Ensure quality information management through regular maintenance of submission trackers and their timely updating.
- Provide support to programs in securing project approvals & solving any outstanding challenges in obtaining vital approvals from govt authorities.
- Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
- Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
- Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
- Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
- Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
- Gain solid knowledge of competitors.
- Maintaining a deep knowledge of company products and services.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Researching and pursuing new business opportunities.
- Identifying clients' needs and requirements and proposing suitable solutions.
- Providing clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guiding their decision-making process.
- Upselling and cross-selling products/services to clients.
- Resolving complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Meeting sales/revenue targets.
- Ensuring client satisfaction.

**Key Skills**
