Merchandisers are responsible for the management and analysis of products from the time they are delivered to a store until they are purchased by a customer. They are a vital part of the retail industry, helping to ensure that products are available in the right place at the right time to increase sales and profits. Here are some of the responsibilities of a merchandiser: Planning: Work with buyers to plan product ranges and sales and stock plans Monitoring: Monitor product appearance and supply in stores, and track consumer demand patterns and market trends Analyzing: Analyze data and trends to predict sales and profits, and review customer feedback Negotiating: Negotiate with suppliers and distributors on prices and order volumes Displaying: Work with visual display staff to decide how to display goods to maximize sales Managing stock: Manage stock levels and distribution, and handle supply and production problems Promoting: Set stock promotions and price reductions as needed Collaborating: Collaborate with other departments to develop marketing strategies Forecasting: Forecast profits and sales, and present sales forecasts and figures Maintaining awareness: Maintain awareness of competitors' performance Merchandisers should have analytical skills and be comfortable with basic statistics.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
