Experience: Senior Fashion Designer with a proven track record of at least 5 years at an established luxury western wear brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Direction & Design Leadership:

- Lead the creative vision and design process for the entire collection.
- Develop innovative, high-end designs that align with the brand’s luxury ethos.
- providing clear briefs and guidance to junior designers.

Tech Pack Creation:

- Create detailed tech packs to ensure seamless production and collaboration with manufacturers.
- Ensure the tech packs are comprehensive, ensuring quality, fit, and consistency from design to final product.

Trend Research & Innovation:

- Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing fresh, unique ideas to the brand’s seasonal collections.
- Constantly explore new materials, techniques, and inspirations to elevate the brand’s design language.

Collaboration & Communication:

- Work closely with the production and merchandising teams to ensure the accurate execution of designs.

Department Management:

- Oversee and manage the entire design department, ensuring smooth workflow and design consistency.
- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a creative and collaborative team environment.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience at a leading luxury western wear brand is essential.
- Strong design sense with a flair for luxury fashion.
- Expertise in developing tech packs for efficient production.
- Excellent leadership and creative direction skills.
- Ability to quickly and accurately create fashion illustrations on demand (by hand), showcasing design concepts and ideas in real time.
