**Global Finance & Business Management ("GF&BM")** India is a combined LOB-aligned (Line of Business-aligned) finance & business support team located in India and is part of JPMorgan's global capability center (GCC). We are part of the Office of the CFO (OCFO) organization within JPMorgan, which has 13000+ people across the globe, majority of whom are tasked with managing the firm's Finance function, responsible for reporting quarterly earnings and complying with regulatory requirements along with managing the firm's capital.

GF&BM India was established in September 2002 and currently we have a network of more than 3400+ professionals based out of our Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad offices who support four main "pillars" of work - Controllers, Planning & Analysis, Finance Operations and Business Client & Products. The teams in India are aligned to the respective LOBs that they support which include Corporate and Investment Banking (CIB), Commercial Banking (CB), Consumer and Community Banking (CCB), Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) and Corporate/Firmwide functions.

Our Consumer & Community Banking division serves our Chase customers through a range of financial services, including personal banking, credit cards, mortgages, auto financing, investment advice, small business loans and payment processing. We are an intellectually diverse team of economists, statisticians, engineers, and other analytics professionals, focused on quantitative modeling within CCB at JPMorgan Chase & Co. The team answers complex and unique questions, utilizing cutting edge quantitative and computational techniques and leveraging one of the world's largest repositories of consumer data. We work closely with our partners throughout JPMorgan Chase to assess and execute critical business decisions.
- **Responsibilities**

Core responsibilities would include:

- Monitoring consumer banking model which are developed using statical techniques involving AI/ ML techniques.
- Provide insights on models which are under performing and provide recommendations on these models.
- Maintenance of model inventory
- Monthly updates to senior management on model inventory related to Business Modeling models
- Leading/enhancing the development of an end to end digital platform for Model Risk Management using software such as Tableau, Alteryx and UI/UX software/frameworks
- Automating existing codes and processes to cut down on run-time and/or CPU/memory utilization
- Leveraging cloud infrastructure and other data sources (Big Data, Teradata, SAS Databases etc.) in day to day operations
- Conceptualizing projects end to end, working in Agile mode and delivering with quality against agreed timelines
- Actively bringing in new ideas and perspectives that enhance existing processes and systems
- Interacting with multiple stakeholders, in India and abroad
- **Qualifications**
- Background in statistics/ economics, mathematical or computer science with atleast a master's degree is desirable
- Relevant work experience of atleast 3 years is desirable
- Hands-on experience in Python Programming (inclusive of Object Oriented Programming concepts)
- Knowledge on consumer banking/ retail banking products is good to have
- Understanding of model developing process or validating or monitoring AI/ML and/or Econometric models (Xgboost, Neural Network, Natural Language Processing techniques, etc.preferred)
- Hands-on experience in end-to-end delivery of Visualization projects (significant Tableau experience a MUST; Alteryx experience is strongly desired)
- Experience in working with Analytics Products/Platforms/Dashboards leveraging UI/UX technologies (either in conjunction with Python or Tableau/Alteryx otherwise)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Ability to interact directly with multiple stakeholders at varying levels of seniority
- Should be flexible with EMEA shifts
