**JOB DESCRIPTION - Jewellery Sales Executive (WholeSale)**

**Role & Responsibilities**
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve the company's sales goals and objectives
- Working closely with the company's product development team to ensure that the company's jewellery products are competitive and meet the needs of customers.
- Building and maintaining relationships with key customers, including wholesale buyers and retail stores by regular communication with these customers to understand their needs and preferences, as well as negotiating prices and contracts.
- Managing the sales team, including setting sales targets and providing guidance and support to team members.
- Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and to make informed decisions about the company's sales and marketing efforts.

**Requirements**:

- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in gold jewellery industry.
- Familiarity with the jewellery market in India, including key customers and competitors.
- Strong understanding of local market of gold jewellery.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Job Location: Mumbai, India

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Travel requirement:

- Up to 20% travel

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
