- Strategic Marketing Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the organization's overall business objectives and goals.
- Lead the development of marketing plans, budgets, and timelines to achieve strategic objectives and targets.
- Provide strategic guidance and counsel to senior management on marketing-related matters.
- Brand Management and Positioning:

- Develop and maintain the organization's brand identity, positioning, and messaging to differentiate it in the marketplace.
- Oversee brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistency across all marketing channels and communications.
- Monitor market trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities for brand enhancement and growth.
- Marketing Communications:

- Develop and implement integrated marketing communications strategies across various channels, including digital, social media, traditional media, and PR.
- Create compelling content and messaging that resonates with target audiences and drives engagement and conversion.
- Manage public relations initiatives to enhance brand visibility and manage reputation effectively.
- Customer Acquisition and Retention:

- Lead customer acquisition efforts through effective targeting, segmentation, and campaign optimization.
- Develop customer retention strategies and loyalty programs to increase customer lifetime value and drive repeat business.
- Utilize data analytics and customer insights to optimize marketing campaigns and improve customer experiences.
- Product Marketing and Innovation:

- Collaborate with product development teams to ensure effective product launches and marketing campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market opportunities and inform product development and innovation.
- Develop go-to-market strategies for new products and features to drive adoption and market penetration.
- Digital Marketing and Technology:

- Drive digital transformation initiatives to leverage emerging technologies and platforms for marketing effectiveness.
- Implement marketing technology solutions and analytics tools to measure and optimize marketing performance.
- Team Leadership and Development:

- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team, providing mentorship, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure team and individual performance against organizational goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, with a track record of driving business growth and brand success.
- In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and tactics across traditional and digital channels.
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior executives.
- Experience managing budgets, vendors, and external agencies.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics, data-driven decision-making, and marketing technology platforms.

**Salary**: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
