Introduction:
Business Analysis Identify high level requirements and then drive out /derive detail of the lower level requirements; via applicable methods (stakeholder engagement, workshops, data analysis), and support the development of business and technical solutions to meet these.
Stakeholder management - The role holder will need to communicate with stakeholders at various levels within both the Front Office and Infrastructure (particularly within Operations & Technology partners); and additionally play some part in communicating with clients.
Communication - Provide stakeholders and change teams with clear and accurate information on current and future processes, business/system interfaces and the impact of making changes thereto.
Detailed diagnostics/analysis - Undertake diagnostic work to understand specific business issues or problems in greater depth and reveal possible solutions.

Supporting the development and test teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.

Collaborate with the Business Analyst team to stay informed with change across all work streams to ensure a consistent approach to change.

What we’re looking for:

- Experience of working in an Agile environment - Scrum methodology. Hands-on with Agile tools - Jira & Confluence.
- Digital Transformation experience including Digital On-Boarding, Digital Payment Journeys and/or User Entitlements.
- Knowledge of APIs, Product Architecture and Payment processing to successfully complete the migration and transformation projects/programs.
- Knowledge of Service Transition preparation and creating corresponding artefacts.

Skills that will help you in the role:

- Digital Transformation Business Analysis experience including Digital On-Boarding, Digital Payment Journeys, and Entitlements.
- Experience of working as a BA/SA in Payments environment.
- Recognized Business Analyst qualifications is preferred. Knowledge of APIs, Product Architecture and Payment processing to successfully complete the migration and transformation projects/programs.
