Our brand is currently in expansion and we are looking for a DCDP for managing our new kitchen

Oversee, train, and assist the kitchen staff in all aspects of food production, recipe following, and management of mise en chef,
- Evaluate dishes to ensure consistent quality standards for the brand
- Establish and maintain a regular maintenance schedule for all kitchen areas and equipment and to followed thoroughly
- Consistently create standardized dishes for customer orders, as per TFG standards & set recipes.
- Assist the management with all recipe production & handle entire shift operations of the cafe for order creation and management.
- Event catering management & recipe development with head chef & management team, catering operations & management.
- Assisting with the management of health and safety along with maintenance of food hygiene practices.
- Stock management of the cafe warehouse, with consistent inventory management with the kitchen / management team.
- Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, motivating, and coaching employees serve as a role model.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
