As a Client Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating seamless medical tourism experiences for international patients seeking high-quality medical care. This role will focus on providing comprehensive support across the entire patient journey, ensuring both travel and healthcare needs are met with excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Coordination:
Develop and maintain strong, trusting relationships with international patients.
Provide personalized support throughout the patient journey, including:
Initial consultation and inquiry management
Scheduling medical appointments and coordinating treatments
Arranging visas and managing travel logistics
Organizing accommodations and transportation
Conducting post-treatment follow-up and support
Medical Terminology and Treatment Plan Understanding:
Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic medical terminology and procedures.
Communicate complex medical information clearly and effectively to patients.
Support patients in understanding their treatment plans and address concerns or queries.
Insurance Coordination:
Work closely with insurance companies to facilitate smooth claim processes and reimbursements.
Resolve insurance issues or discrepancies as they arise.
Ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documentation.
Company Representation:
Represent the company at relevant industry events, conferences, and exhibitions.
Network with healthcare professionals, insurance providers, and prospective clients.
Promote the company's services and strengthen industry partnerships.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in client coordination, ideally within the healthcare or travel industry.
Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare processes.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in both English and Arabic (additional languages are a plus).
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective time management.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in medical tourism or international patient services.
Knowledge of UAE healthcare regulations and visa processes.
Certification in healthcare administration or a related field.
Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
