**Job Title**: Customer Service and Telesales Representative
**Department**: Sales and Customer Support
**Location**: Vitthalwadi, kalyan.
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Service:
**2.Resolve Issues**: Address customer concerns, complaints, and inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
**3.Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
**4.Follow-Up**: Conduct follow-up communications to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
**Tele Sales**:
**1.Outbound Calls**: Make proactive outbound calls to potential and existing and new customers to promote products and services.
**2.Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
**3.Lead Generation**: Identify and qualify sales leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
**4.Sales Presentation**: Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to close sales effectively.
**5.Customer Relationships**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
**Administrative Tasks**:
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, customer interactions, and performance metrics.
Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and share insights.
**Qualifications**:
**Education**: 12th Or Graduation equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
**Experience**: Proven experience in customer service and telesales, preferably in a similar industry.
**Skill**:
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Sales Acumen: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Customer Focus: A genuine desire to help customers and solve their problems.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to handle challenging situations and think on your feet.
- Attributes: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
**Working Conditions**:
- **Environment**: Office setting or remote work depending on company policy.
- **Hours**: Full-time, with potential for occasional evening or weekend shifts based on business needs.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
