Customer Care Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Support**:
- Provide accurate information about products, properties, services, and processes.
- Resolve customer complaints and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- **Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their needs are met effectively.
- **Sales Support**:
- Assist the sales team in lead generation and client follow-ups.
- Share promotional offers and property updates with clients.
- **Documentation**:
- Help customers with paperwork, agreements, and other formalities related to purchases or rentals.
- Maintain customer records and track interactions in the system.
- **Market Understanding**:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in the retail/real estate market.
- Provide customers with insights and recommendations based on market trends.
**Key Skills Required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Customer-focused attitude
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic knowledge of retail or real estate processes
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification: Graduate in any discipline
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field (1-3 years preferred)
- Knowledge of real estate or retail industry trends will be an adva
