**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Customer Engagement**:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their business requirements and technical challenges.
- Work closely with the sales team to identify opportunities, provide technical demonstrations, and help qualify leads.
- Conduct product presentations and demos, showcasing how our solutions meet customer needs.
- **Solution Design and Proposal Development**:
- Assist in the creation of customized solutions and proposals for clients, aligning the product offering with their specific requirements.
- Develop and present detailed technical documentation, including RFIs, RFPs, and technical proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, engineering) to ensure solutions are technically sound and feasible.
- **Product Knowledge**:
- Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products, services, and solutions, keeping up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings.
- Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and potential enhancements.
- **Pre-Sales Support**:
- Assist in preparing cost estimations, pricing models, and technical specifications.
- Support the sales team with client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.
- Address any technical questions or concerns that arise during the sales process.
- **Collaboration and Relationship Building**:
- Build strong relationships with potential clients, acting as the technical expert and trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, product) to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to customers.
- **Training and Development**:
- Provide training to internal teams and customers on product usage and best practices.
- Continuously enhance knowledge of new products, industry trends, and emerging technologies.
**Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in any Feild
- **Experience**: 2-4 years of experience in a Presales,
- Hands-on experience with product demonstrations, customer engagement, and proposal creation.
- **Skills**: Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex products and solutions.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically to address customer needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Suite).
