**Responsibilities**:

- Researching and identifying potential clients or customers through various channels.
- Generating leads through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- **Client Acquisition**:

- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through new client acquisition.
- **Market Research**:

- Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Analyzing market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of industry changes.
- **Sales Strategy**:

- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure the successful execution of strategies.
- **Proposal and Presentation**:

- Creating and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Preparing and submitting proposals, quotes, and contracts.
- **Negotiation and Closing**:

- Negotiating contract terms and conditions with clients.
- Closing deals and achieving sales targets.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction through regular communication and follow-ups.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Providing regular reports on sales activities and performance.
- Analyzing sales data to identify areas for improvement and growth.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**:

- Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales is a plus.
- **Communication Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Sales Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- **Strategic Thinking**:

- Ability to think strategically and develop innovative sales approaches.
- **Self-Motivated**:

- Highly self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
