**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Event Coordination**:

- Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements and preferences.
- Coordinate with banquet and catering teams to ensure seamless event execution.
- Manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
- **Sales and Business Development**:

- Generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline for banquets and catering.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to secure repeat business.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective selling and negotiation strategies.
- **Client Servicing**:

- Conduct venue tours and menu presentations for prospective clients.
- Address client queries promptly and resolve any issues efficiently.
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
- **Reporting and Documentation**:

- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, bookings, and payments.
- Prepare and present sales reports to management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Event Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in banquet and catering sales, preferably as a Sales Event Coordinator.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of current trends in the hospitality and catering industry.
- Experience in upselling and cross-selling catering services.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
